Inspirational Quotes

The reason for this is that, an overwhelming majority of what we are exposed to on a daily basis is negative, de-motivating and not very inspiring.

It has been known for many centuries that we become what we think about.  Now science has proven this to be true.

Think about it, when you read an inspirational quote that really touches you, you start thinking more positively.

Unfortunately, when you read, hear or watch something negative (like most of what's on TV) you start thinking more negatively.

In my circle of friends, very few of them rely on TV for entertainment.  The few that do, tend to be more negative than the rest of us.  They are usually the ones who can’t wait to tell you the latest gossip.

This doesn’t make them bad people, just misguided.  I usually turn the conversation on to a more positive note.  I like to talk about ideas and creating something positive, not other people’s faults.  Trust me, I have enough of my own (but not as many as I use to).

Keep in mind that, “Life is a do it to yourself, do it for others project”.

This website was created to help you get better results out of your life.  The only way to do this is by thinking better thoughts.

This is where inspirational quotes come in handy.

Our economy will not move forward unless we, as a nation, change our thinking.  Thinking is the very essence of life. There is an old saying I have heard for many years, "In order for things to change, we must change."

Remember, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”.

It is your thinking that precedes every action you take.  Whether it is to get up in the morning as soon as the alarm clock goes off or to hit the snooze button for the 5^th time to get more sleep, your thoughts took control.

Here is a little trick I use to start my day off on a positive note.  I keep inspirational quotes at my bedside, this way I can read them before I go to bed and again when I awake in the morning.

What I have found is that the more committed I am to doing this, the better life tends to be.

A lot of people will wonder if something as simple as reading inspirational quotes in the morning and at night will work.

To paraphrase Henry Ford (the founder of Ford Motor Company), "If you think they will or you think they won't, either way you are right".

We tend to get what we believe.

That is a powerful statement.

Here is the tragic truth; so many people are just 1 or 2 steps away from finding the perfect solution when they give up.

They throw in the towel.
